Ottawa wants to hear your ideas on how to spend your money and MP Randy Kamp wants to be the go-between.
Kamp, MP for Pitt Meadows-Maple Ridge-Mission, is holding a pre-budget consultation on Wednesday, Jan. 15, at Thomas Haney secondary, 7 p.m.
The meeting will be moderated and feature questions and answers from the audience and presentation from Kamp. People are invited to discuss ways to improve government efficiency and reduce unnecessary spending, Kamp says on his website.
“Budget 2014 will focus on job creation, promoting economic growth, and securing Canada’s long-term prosperity while returning to a balanced budget in 2015.”
