The Maple Ridge-Pitt Meadows Chamber of Commerce along with the Mission Chamber of Commerce are organizing a trip this Oct. 7 to 17 called China Like Never Before.
For $2,299, based on double occupancy, chamber members can visit Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou and Hangzhou and see such highlights as the Great Wall of China and the Forbidden City.
The Maple Ridge-Pitt Meadows News and the Mission Record are co-sponsors of the event that offers English-speaking tour guides, deluxe bus tours and includes airfare.
An information session for the trip takes place this Thursday, May 5, at the Maple Ridge-Pitt Meadows chamber office at 12492 Harris Rd. in Pitt Meadows, between 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.
