A 26-year-old Maple Ridge man has died in a crash between a Hyundai Tucson and a Dodge Durango on Golden Ears Way on Tuesday afternoon.
Ridge Meadows RCMP say the vehicles collided on the section of road north of the overpass over Lougheed Highway.
The man was northbound in Hyundai while two adults and a child were southbound in the Dodge Durango. They were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The collision happened at about 4:20 p.m. in the 21000-block of Golden Ears Way, which leads to the Golden Ears Bridge. Bystanders performed CPR on the scene.
Maple Ridge Fire Department had to extricate one of the victims from the vehicle.
