Five people are homeless after a suspicious fire destroyed one unit at a Maple Ridge trailer park early Sunday.

The fire occurred at 21695 Lougheed Highway at around 3 a.m.

Fire crews arrived to a fully involved fire in one mobile home and spreading to neighbouring ones.

No one was injured, according to reports.

Police consider this to be a suspicious fire. No arrests have been made, but investigators are following up on leads.
