Help for those who’ve lost their identification

Maple Ridge-Pitt Meadows Katzie network hosts workshop

If you have no identification papers, it’s difficult to tell people who you are, which can slow down the process for seniors, homeless people or anyone else from accessing social services.

To speed the process up for those who’ve lost their ID, a How to Get B.C. ID workshop takes place this Wednesday in the Maple Ridge Library from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The workshop will tell people how to get new identification. Light refreshments will be provided.

Maple Ridge-Mission MLA Bob D’Eith is sponsoring the event in cooperation with the Maple Ridge-Pitt Meadows and Katzie Community Network.
