Ridge Meadows Search and Rescue responded to a call for an injured hiker in Golden Ears Provincial Park at around 5 p.m. Monday.
Team members rescued the hiker about three hours later.
“Subject was stranded on the summit of Golden Ears with extreme leg cramps. Subject and team members are safe and out of the field,” according to RMSAR.
