The B.C. Coroner's Service is investigating the death of a man Monday in downtown Maple Ridge.
Ridge Meadows RCMP were called to a Chevron gas station on Lougheed Highway near 223rd Street around 11 a.m. after the driver of a SUV suffered a medical emergency.
Paramedics with the B.C. Ambulance Service were unable to revive the man.
Police said he died of natural causes. RCMP officers remained at the gas station until the coroner arrived to remove the man's body.
