A Maple Ridge man has been charged with possessing child pornography.
Douglas James McNally was arrested June 27 after Ridge Meadows Mounties, the RCMP’s Integrated Child Exploitation Unit and Technological Crime Unit executed a search warrant at his home.
The warrant allowed investigators to find and seize the 67-year-old's computer as evidence.
Police have not said how many images were found on the man's computer.
Charges of possessing and distributing child porn were sworn against McNalley on Thursday, Aug. 11 in Port Coquitlam Provincial Court.
He is due back in court on Aug. 18.
