A Maple Ridge man is before the courts on 13 charges, including possession of stolen property, break and enter, disobeying a court order and driving while disqualified.
Shane Evan Nielsen, 39, is facing the charges and was arrested without incident near his home in Maple Ridge on Nov. 9. He made a first court appearance on these charges on Nov. 10, where he was released with conditions.
Nielsen appeared in Port Coquitlam Provincial Court on Nov. 21. He was released from the court on conditions that include him having to report to a judge on a daily basis, and not being allowed in a private vehicle.
