A motorcyclist was killed in a crash with an SUV in Coquitlam Wednesday night (Aug. 7).
RCMP say the rider and the driver of a GMC Yukon SUV collided at Glen Drive and Pipeline Road shortly before 8:50 p.m. Police, paramedics and fire crews were called to the crash and attempted to save the motorcyclist, but they died of their injuries.
The area was temporarily closed while collision analysts examined the scene. Coquitlam RCMP say the incident remains under investigation.
