New principals, vice principals at SD42 schools

There are a number of different vice principals in the Maple Ridge Pitt Meadows School District this year

New principals and vice principals will be greeting students in some schools in the school district this September.

When students go back-to-school on Tuesday, Sept. 3, they may be greeted by new faces at the doors. 

A number of principals and vice principals will be heading different schools this year.

The principals at Eric Langton Elementary and Pitt Meadows Elementary will be swapping spots. 
Principal Kyla Cameron is leaving her post at Pitt Meadows Elementary for Eric Langton Elementary. 
And, Brandy McIntyre, principal, Eric Langton Elementary, will be the new principal at Pitt Meadows Elementary.

There are also a number of new vice principal placements this year:
• Mary Hotomanie is the new vice principal of Indigenous Education; 
• Kristen Paul is the new vice principal of Golden Ears Elementary;
• Lara Lacroix is the new vice principal of Harry Hooge Elementary;
• Jeremy Lendvoy is the new vice principal at Highland Park Elementary;
• Janis Liu is the new vice principal at Yennadon Elementary;
• vice principal Julie Ashley will be making the move from Highland Park Elementary to vice principal at Kanaka Creek Elementary;
• vice principal Olivia Berry, will be leaving Alexander Robinson Elementary for Glenwood Elementary;
• vice principal Suzanne Collette, is leaving Laity View Elementary for Alouette Elementary;
• vice principal Christina Crump, is leaving Golden Ears Elementary for Alexander Robinson Elementary; 
• vice principal Meghan Murden, is leaving Harry Hooge Elementary for Eric Langton Elementary; 
• and vice principal Katherine Ross, is leaving Eric Langton Elementary for Laity View Elementary.
