A single vehicle rollover sent five people to hospital Saturday night along 232nd St. near Cottonwood Drive.
The occupants of the vehicle, who ranged in age, sustained non-life threatening injuries.
According to a Ridge Meadows RCMP spokesperson, three people were ejected from the vehicle while two managed to crawl out on their own. One person was airlifted to Royal Columbian Hospital.
“At this time the investigation is still continuing, but alcohol does not appear to be a factor,” said Ridge Meadows RCMP Staff Sgt. Mike Bhatti.
“From what I’ve been told, it’s surprising the injuries weren’t worse than they were based on what happened,” said Bhatti.
