School zone speed limits back on in Maple Ridge

RCMP send out reminder to motorists

If you haven’t got the message by now, Ridge Meadows RCMP are telling you again today.

School is back in for a new year and kids are on the roads, so motorists are being advised to be extra careful driving today.

“School is back in session! A reminder that kids may not see you so be extra careful when driving today,” RCMP said Tuesday.

The speed limit is 30 kmh in school zones, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
