Briar Charette, 6, left, and her sister Avery, 8, will be live actors in a Halloween walk of Fear decorated by Jim Smith, left, and David Gardiner.

"We do this every year and we invite all of our friends and neighbours to come over" said Gardiner.

Scenes include Spider Hollow, Witches Brew, Spooky Circus, Rock-and-Roll Heaven and a skeleton graveyard. Actors in the rock-and-roll graveyard will be dressed as David Bowie, Amy Winehouse, Janis Joplin, Jim Morrison and Frank Sinatra.

They started setting up the scenes in mid-September and have been working steadily at it since the second week of October.

This is their second year putting on the walk-through for the public.

They are not collecting donations at the door but would like people to donate to the Go Fund Me Page for the family of Lieutenant Dennis TeBoekhorst of the Maple Ridge Fire Department who died of a heart attack on October 21 while he was fishing.

The Halloween walk of Fear is at 11691 238A Street and will be open tonight, Halloween night, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. while children are trick-or-treating.
