NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a PUBLIC HEARING will be held on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2024, at 7:00 PM in Council Chambers at City Hall, 11995 Haney Place, Maple Ridge to allow the public to make verbal or written representation to Council with respect to the following proposed bylaw(s) and permit(s):
2.1 Temporary Residential Use Removal
Maple Ridge Zone Amending Bylaw No. 7999-2024
Purpose: The purpose is to amend the City of Maple Ridge Zoning Bylaw No. 7600-2019 by removing all references to the Temporary Residential Use.
2.2 2021-152-RZ, 11646 and 11648/11652/11654 228 Street, RS-1 to RM-1

Maple Ridge Zone Amending Bylaw No. 7786-2021
Purpose: To rezone the subject properties from the RS-1 (Single Detached Residential) zone to the RM-1 (Low Density Townhouse Residential) zone, to facilitate the future construction of a townhouse development with 8 market strata dwelling units
COVENANTS will also be considered to further regulate the use of the lands and/or buildings

Purpose: To rezone the subject property from RS-3 (Single Detached Rural Residential) to RS- 2 (Single Detached Suburban Residential) to allow a future subdivision into two single-family lots.
COVENANTS will also be considered to further regulate the use of the lands and/or buildings.

Maple Ridge Zone Amending Bylaw No. 7947-2023
Purpose: To rezone the subject property from the RS-1 (Single Detached Residential) zone to the R-1 (Single Detached (Low Density) Urban Residential) zone to allow a future two lot subdivision.
COVENANTS will also be considered to further regulate the use of the lands and/or buildings.
The proposed bylaw(s) and permit(s) may be inspected at the Planning Counter at Municipal Hall from November 8, 2024 to November 19, 2024 (8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays) and staff reports and other relevant information may be obtained from the City’s Land Development Map Application at: https://www.mapleridge.ca/build-do-business/land-development
