In accordance with section 32 of the Community Charter, the City of Maple Ridge intends to enter onto and authorize the construction of a floating dock and boathouse on the lands legally described as PID 024-767-191 PART OF THE SOUTH EAST QUARTER OF SECTION 17 TOWNSHIP 15 NEW WESTMINSTER DISTRICT COVERED BY THE WATERS OF WHONNOCK LAKE.
These lands covered by water were last noted in the records of the Land Title Office to be owned in 1914 by FRANCIS JOHN PEERS, HENRY RAMSAY, and GEORGE STANLEY NORMAN who are thought to be deceased.
