January 12, 1965 - September 18, 2016
Suddenly from heart failure in Calgary, AB. Leaves to mourn his mother, Sharon Smethurst, brother Shane Smethurst (Carrie), and niece Savannah. He attended Pitt Meadows Elementary School & Pitt Meadows High School. Adam was a great guy, with a great sense of humour. He was hilarious, and was liked by everyone he knew. Memories to be shared at the Jolly Coachman Pub, Sunday, October 2nd, from 2pm.
