Passed away peacefully on May 16, 2018. She is survived by her brother Oliver and her two children Darren and Theresa.
Toni was born in Hertford, England on December 13, 1945, but settled in Calgary with her family in 1957. After starting her own family with Bernd Fehrmann (predeceased), they resettled in the Okanagan.
Her last few years were spent with her second husband, Robin Ramsay (predeceased), in the Lower Mainland.
