KELLY, Bessie B. (a.k.a. Billie) nee Allan, passed away peacefully July 8th, 2004 at the age of 80 years. Pre deceased by her husband Ray in 1983 and her brother Bliss in 1989. Survived by her sisters Dana Naylor of Langley, Mary Workman (Doug) of Maple Ridge, Adele Mitchell (Bill) and Ardis Walter (Rudy), both of Courtney, BC and numerous nieces and nephews.
