LOCKETT, Bill. January 27, 1943 -
October 11, 2013. It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Bill (Billy) Lockett. Bill was much loved and will be forever remembered by his wife Linda, daughter Lisa (Jeff) and sons Stephen (Jennifer) and David (Rosie) and grandchildren Cam, Ally, Melissa, Amy, Nathan, Brooklyn Maya and 8th grandchild on the way, along with many other friends and family members in both Canada and his home country, England. Bill had a great love for his family and was loved and respected by all those who met him, including those who met him at work, socially, and on the soccer pitch. He will be fondly remembered for his kind and generous heart and witty sense of humour. Rest in peace dear Billy, you were loved by all who knew you as you touched so many people's hearts. A memorial service was held at the Maple Ridge Alliance Church on Saturday, on October 19th. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
