January 17, 1948 - October 18, 2019
He will be greatly missed by his wife and best friend Bea Hendrickson. He will also be missed by his mother Verna Hayward, brothers Duane Johnston (Lydia) and Lance Hayward, and sister April Johnston Weir (Mark). He is also survived by his step children Terry, Tara and Marcey and step granddaughters Kelsey and Tanishia and step grandson Justin. He was predeceased by his father Simon Johnston in 1956 and his step father Ernie Hayward in 1981.
Brian worked most of his life for BC Hydro at Stave Falls and Prince George.
His service was held at Willow River on October 26, 2019. A memorial will be held at a later date in Maple Ridge.
