Cecil John Vincent Martin passed away suddenly on October 9, 2013 at the age of 70. He leaves behind his daughter Stacey, sister Barbara, niece Mary-Ann and nephew Eddie. A pillar of his neighbourhood, Cec was a highly-respected, hardworking man who will be lovingly remembered by his family, his many friends and friends that became his family. A dedicated father and loyal friend he was quick with a smile and eager to lend a hand.
Dad, when I became yours, you became mine. You taught me strength, pride, the importance of trust and the gift of loyalty and friendship. You blessed me with your appreciation of music and sports, the joy of laughter and the love of all animals. I am eternally grateful that I was the lucky one to call you Dad. Love forever, Stacey
A tribute to Cec's life will be held on November 3, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Meadows Gardens Golf Club, 19675 Meadow Gardens Way, Pitt Meadows. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the BC SPCA.
