RASH Charlotte. It is with great sadness and some relief that we announce the passing of our beloved Mother, Charlotte Rash, on Wednesday, August 15, 2012. Charlotte was the first of three daughters born to John and Caroline Thomson on the homestead, near Carruthers, Saskatchewan, February 8, 1915. Charlotte was predeceased by our darling Daddy, Lenard, in February, 1970. She is survived by her daughters, Lynne (Arnold) Boomhower, Wendy Giordano, Donna (Bert) Bitter, and Sharon Hargreaves. She leaves seven grandchildren, Wendy (Peter) Marchlewitz, Cher (Jason) Boxtart, Danny (Myra) Giordano, Jeremy Johnston, Luke Johnston, Julianne Bitter, and Alicia Bitter. She has four great grandchildren, Isaac and Ethan Boxtart, and Katya and Maya Marchlewitz. The family is extremely grateful to the staff of Miller’s Pond at Baillie House for the truly dedicated care they took of Charlotte in her final days. Service will be held at Maple Ridge Funeral Chapel (Osborn’s), 11969 216th Street on Friday, August 24, at 2 PM.
