COLIN GEORGE CAMPBELL
June 16, 1928 ~ January 17, 2007
Born in Miami, Manitoba in 1928 to Grace and Archibald Campbell one of four boys in the family. Bob, Bert, Bev & Neil. Predeceased by his mother and father and three brothers Bob, Bert & Bev. Colin passed away peacefully at Ridge Meadows Hospital with his loving wife and family at his side. He is survived by his wife Yvonne, son Jim (Katherine), and grandson Michael, Jeffrey and Katie, and his brother Neil (Joey) in Kamloops, also 4 step- children Alana, Wendy, Janine (Greg) and Brian, also 2 step grandchildren Greta and Jarod and 2 great grand- children Lisa and Jonathon.
He was a member of Legion Branch #88, Maple Ridge for a great number of years and enjoyed the friendship and comraderie of many numerous friends. He fought a courageous battle of cancer, heart and lung disease.
No service by request. A quiet gathering took place on Saturday, January 20th at the Maple Ridge Legion.
