PEACOCK - Dennis (Akela)
On June 15, 2006 age 37 years. Dennis passed away peacefully in his sleep at home after a courageous battle with cancer.
Dennis will be remembered for his fantastic Hallowe'en and Christmas decorations that brightened up River Road, Maple Ridge, each year. And he will be remembered for his many years as a leader with the First Port Hammond Scout Group.
He is survived by his wife of 10 years, Terri, daughters Cassandra and Miriah and son Sheldon, loving parents Joan and Glen, brother Murray (Kim), grandmother Falloon. Also many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family and friends.
Many thanks to the Home Health Care Nurses - Tammy, Leece, Debbie, Laura, Donna, and to the Bayshore Nurses - Nicole and Susan. Also Colin his RT at Royal Columbian and to the Doctor's who helped us take care of Dennis.
A Celebration of Dennis' Life will be held June 30, 2006 at 1:00p.m. at the Maple Ridge Baptist Church, 22155 Lougheed Hwy, Maple Ridge.
In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to a Trust Fund for the children at the Aldergrove Credit Union 720714 or to the BC Cancer Society in Dennis' Memory. Please no cut flowers or arrangements - Thank you.
