Donald Freeman McLachlan

February 2, 1944 - July 19, 2022
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Don McLachlan after a long and brave battle with cancer. He is survived and greatly missed by his wife of 59 years, Carol, son Paul (Tina), daughter Lisa (John) and three much loved grandsons, Bryce, Kai and Finn. Also survived by brothers John (Beverly) and Bruce, nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Predeceased by parents Kenneth and Dorothy McLachlan and sister Jean Armstrong.
Don was a man of dry wit and many talents, but his kindness will be remembered by the many people he helped along the way.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to McKenney Creek Hospice for their thoughtful and compassionate care.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Legion Hall 12101 224th Street October 15th from 2-5PM.
