Donna passed away peacefully at home in Maple Ridge, BC. She is survived by her loving son Phil Johansen.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 9:30am on Saturday, July 27 at Cornerstone Church, 25102 Dewdney Trunk Road, Maple Ridge.
