It is with great sadness and the heaviest of hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Donna Roberta Braun, age 58, due to a tragic motor vehicle accident near Craigellachie, BC, on the afternoon of April 27, 2018.
Donna is survived by her husband, Ernie; her son, Travis; her daughter Amy (Jeff); her granddaughter and grandson, Arianna and Ryker; her sister, Marlene (Dave); her brother, Laurie; and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents, Robert and Doreen Webster.
Donna was born on November 11, 1959 in Haney, BC. She graduated from Maple Ridge Secondary school in 1977 and moved to Malakwa in 1978 where she worked at The Enchanted Forest and 3 Valley Gap Lake Chateau.
Donna was a devoted family member, friend, employee, church and community member. She always put her family and friends in front of her own needs and wants. She enjoyed helping others and spreading her kindness through thoughtful gestures. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and those who knew her.
A celebration of life is scheduled for Sunday, May 20 at 1:00 p.m. in the gymnasium of the Malakwa Community Centre, 3994 Malakwa Road, Malakwa, BC.
