DEMARCO, Dorothy (Robinson nee Bartlett)
Passed away peacefully at the age of 95 on Sunday, September 21, 2014 at Maple Ridge, BC. Predeceased by her husband Victor Demarco in 2004. Lovingly remembered by her 3 children, Sylvia (Gerry), Martin (Joan) and Jennifer (Dale), 7 grandchildren and 10 great
grandchildren. Dorothy was born in St. Helier on the Island of Jersey. In 1940, just prior to the German wartime invasion, Dorothy relocated to Wakefield, Yorkshire, and married Joseph Robinson in 1941. The family immigrated to Canada in 1951 and resided in the communities of Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam and Maple Ridge. Dorothy was an active member of the Maple Ridge Senior Community and performed for many years in the variety club. No service by request.
