COLLIER, Douglas George. Of Maple Ridge passed away May 28, 2011 peacefully with family at his side after a short illness at the age of 86. Dad is greatly missed by his children Margaret, Patti, Vic and Bev, his 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, his sister Ivy and long time family friend Toni. Dad lived a full and happy life, he spent many years enjoying his cottage at Pitt Lake, was an avid swimmer and a member of the 500 mile club at the MR Leisure Centre. We will always remember Dad’s love for us. God saw the road was getting rough and the hills were hard to climb so he closed your weary eyelids and whispered
“Peace be thine”. At his request there will be no service.
