Enid Verona Roberts

Enid passed away peacefully at McKennie Creek Hospice on Oct.21 ,2009 .She was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Harry Roberts, and her 4 brothers and 2 sisters. She was born in Aberdare, S. Wales and came to Canada with her family when she was 7 to farm in Alix, Alberta. Harry and Enid moved to Maple Ridge after the war where they raised their family. She worked as a nurses aide at Riverview until 1975. Her family was her passion and she will remain forever in the hearts of her daughter, Phyllis Dunning (Wray), son Doug Roberts (Peggy), granddaughters Kim (Andy), Crystal, Lauren (Kevin), Shannon (Manfred), grandson Keith (Susan), great-grandchildren, Jordan, Alisha, Ella & Evan, and good friend Clara Weber. Special thanks to Dr.Chapman for his compassion and dedication over the years. Thank you also to all of the staff at Maple Ridge Hospital and at McKennie Creek Hospice for their wonderful care and understanding. No service by request.
