March 1932 - August 2023 ~
Margaret was born on her family's farm near Minnedosa, Manitoba. The 8th of 9 children, she had many wonderful memories of life there.
In 1952 she trained as an RN and worked as a nurse until she retired. Margaret married Edward in '55 and they began their family together.
After moving to BC in 1957 they lived in Abbotsford and Mission before deciding to settle in Haney to live their life and raise their children.
They always grew and preserved a big garden. Countless camping trips were enjoyed as well as holidays by plane and they were blessed with many friends and family.
After Ed died in 1988 Margaret filled her life with grandchildren and family and many hobbies.
Margaret leaves her children, Christine, Ted, and Ruth, as well as 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, who all miss her.
In keeping with Margaret's wishes there will be no funeral, but she asked that we plant trees with her mind.
