On Oct. 2, 2020 surrounded by his family at Ridge Meadows Hospital, Fred Low gave up his 13-month battle with pancreatic cancer.
He leaves his loving wife of 50 years, Shirley, their children Janice and Jeff and grandchildren Sofia and Xavier.
Fred had a successful career in banking with TD Canada Trust and financial planning which took him from Victoria to Vancouver, Tahsis, Penticton and Maple Ridge.
He was very active in the community including Chamber of Commerce and Rotary. He and Shirley travelled and cruised worldwide, golfed, and enjoyed their motor home adventures. Fred was born in Victoria and graduated from VHS in 1968.
Graveside service for the interment of ashes to take place at Royal Oak Memorial Park, Victoria in 2021.
Donations in his name can be directed to the BC Cancer Society and Diabetes Canada.
