Freeman Carter of Pitt Meadows, BC passed away unexpectedly at the age of 77 on Sunday, July 19th, 2020 with his "Sweetheart" Jackie and his children by his side.
Freeman will be fondly remembered by family and friends as a loving husband, father and grandfather. Although an Electrical Engineer by trade, he possessed the knowledge to do so much more. If anything needed to be built, fixed or restored, he was the man who knew how! Throughout his life he had many passions, of which included boating, travelling and re-storing his classic T-top Chrysler LeBaron.
He is predeceased by his parents Peter and Irene Carter of New Liskeard, Ontario, brothers Jim, Tom, Fred, George, sisters Florence, and Gail, and first wife Heather (mother of his children). He is survived by his loving wife Jackie of 12 years, children Amber (Geoff), Tammy (Gianti), Bruce (Helen), grandchildren Cassidy, Hannah, Sophie, Sydney, Sabrina, Ava, great-grandchildren Bennett and Josephine. Loved by Jackie's family for making their mom happy: children Chris, Emma, (Wes), Lisa (Darryl), grandchildren Sydney, Liam. And many more loving relatives and friends who were fortunate to know him.
A Celebration of Life will be held in Spring 2021.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation BC
