LEITNER, Glenn

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Glenn (Bun) Leitner on Sunday, September 20, 2015. Glenn was predeceased by his parents, Glenn & Susan Leitner, in-laws Mary & Emil Gebert, granddaughter Marie, sister Karen, brother-in-law Dean and sister-in-law Darlene. Left behind to carry on his memory his loving wife Theresa, daughters Ricki (Darcy) Morrison, Kym Duthie, Casey (Barrie) Leitner; grandchildren, Anakin-Mike (Barbie), Chantel (Nick), Matthew, Shannon (Greg), Jenny, Chelsea (Kevin); great grandchildren Jarron, Kasen, Broden, Jonathan and Hendrix; sisters D'Arcie Leitner and Cele Morrissey, brother in law Brian Gebert, sisters in law Denise (Keith) Swallow and Deb (Mike) Probe as well as numerous nieces and nephews in both the Leitner and Gebert clan. A special thank you to Dr. Richard Van Gend for his wonderful care and visits this past year and to the nurses and care workers who looked after Glenn both in hospital and at home these past few months. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Canuck Place Children's Hospice or the Parkinson's Society. No funeral service as per his wishes.
