May 19, 1925 - February 8, 2019
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Margaret Laseur Feb. 8, 2019 at age 93. She was predeceased by her loving husband Bill; by her parents and 2 brothers in Holland. She is survived by her 2 sisters Willi and Tini, her daughter Rita, her son Len (Sandy), 2 grandsons and 1 great grandson; as well as numerous nieces and nephews in Canada and Holland.
Margaret managed Pitt Polder Blueberry Farm for many years. She was hard working, kind and generous. She enjoyed gardening, stamp collecting and arrow head hunting, as well as making the best meat balls ever, to the delight of her 2 grandsons.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 2:00 pm, at Maple Ridge Funeral Chapel, 11969 - 216th Street. Special thank you to all the care staff at Simpson Manor Fort Langley, for all their kindness and compassion.
