PRINSEN, Harmen

Born Kornhorn, Netherlands. Married Tryntje V.D. Kloet in 1949 and immigrated to Canada in 1956. Harm was a foremen for the Maple Ridge Parks Board for 25 years retiring in 1988, living out his retirement in Aldergrove. Harmen loved fixing up bicycles, tending to his garden and traveling to Holland to visit family and friends. Harm leaves behind his beloved wife of 60 years Tryntje, children Lammert, Lia, Thea (Dave). Freda (Rob) and Harry (Diane), grandchildren Tamara, Amelia (Justin), Travis, Lindy (Nick), Justin, and Chad (Megan) and great grandchildren Owen, Levi, and Atticus. We will treasure his memory always and know that he is now with his Lord in Heaven. Memorial Service will be held on Thursday Oct 22 at 1:00 pm at the Maple Ridge Christian Reformed Church 20245 Dewdney Trunk Rd, Maple Ridge, Pastor Martin Vellekoop officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Diabetic Foundation or Kidney Foundation would be appreciated.
