READ, Helene Anne (nee Bromley)
Passed away on May 17, 2007 after a lengthy illness, and went to rest in the arms of the Lord for evermore, at the age of 80 years. She was born November 21, 1926 in Penticton, BC with her parents Martha Anne and Elwood Peter Bromley.
Helene was predeceased by her sister Irene and her brother-in-law George Campbell of Coquitlam, and more recently by her other sister Roberta Gale and Glen Dockerty of Penticton.
She leaves to mourn, her husband Norval, of 58 plus years, daughters: Lynn (Dave) Fiddick and family, Susan (Bradley) Dusseault and family, Cheryl (Jerry) Puckett and family, son Robert (Sandi) Read and family, plus aunts and uncles and other relations in BC and Alberta.
I would like to thank the many doctors and nurses that we have met in the recent years for their wonderful care and treatment. But most of all, thanks to those wonderful nurses in the Keremeos Interior Health Unit. If it is possible, they take the pain out of dying. Cremation has taken place, and no formal service will be held.
