Irene went to meet her LORD at the age of 95 at Meadow Ridge Hospital. Irene was predeceased by her husband William, her sister and four brothers. Survived by daughters Lynne (Wayne), Lesley, and son Lawrence (Rene). She was born in Vancouver, grew up in North Vancouver. Irene and her husband made their home in North Van. and raised their three children there. Irene was widowed at the early age of 55. She made her home at Cultus Lake for several years, then settled in Maple Ridge. Irene was thrifty and generous. If she knew of a need she'd fulfill it. A very determined independent lady. She will be missed by her family, her church family, and numerous friends. Celebration of her Life will be at 2pm on Thursday, June 9th at St. George's Anglican Church, 23500 Dewdney Trunk Road, Maple Ridge.
