PAWSON, Irene Ethel (Scott). September 18, 1922 - September 26, 2013. It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Irene who lost her battle with cancer. Irene, the eldest daughter of Frank and Ethel Scott, was born in Vancouver. Predeceased by her parents and grandson Bill. Irene is survived by her loving husband Harry; sister Joyce (Everett); daughters Rona (Ray), Gwen (Bob), Nola (Rick); grandchildren Cynthia (Bob), Alex (Nicole), Sheila, Craig (Dani); great grandchildren Grace, William, Titus, Anthony, and Benjamin; as well as many nieces, nephews, and many friends. The family would like to thank the McKenney Creek Hospice nurses and Dr. Danny Wong for their exceptional care. A celebration of Irene's life will be held on Wednesday, October 2nd at 1:00 pm at Garden Hill Funeral Chapel - 11765 224th Street, Maple Ridge.
