Iris Thomson (nee McFarlane) - It's with profound sadness her family announces that Iris passed away on Sept. 25, 2019 at Royal Columbian Hospital at 73 years old. Her loving memory carried on in the hearts of her children: Taralyn (Jamie), and Nicole (Chris), grandchildren Nick, Saralyn, Alicia, Ethan, and Maiya, and siblings Glenda, Bob (Diane), Terry, and Les (Trish), and nieces, nephews, and friends. Heaven received an angel to join her mother Edith and father Hugh.
Please join us in celebrating her life at Maple Ridge Funeral Chapel on Saturday, October 12 @ 4 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to BC Cancer Foundation are appreciated. Special thanks to the staff at Baillie House for the kindness and care they provided.
