PFLEIDERER - Irma Wilhelmine

Passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on January 11, 2006 at 72 years of age. Irma, aka Mrs. Fritz, Rosie, and Oma immigrated from Wurzburg, Germany on October 18, 1954. She married Fritz, the man of her dreams the following day. She worked at Jackson's Meat Market until April 1956 when she settled in her home on Industrial Avenue, Albion. They were one of the pioneers of Albion. Irma had a strong will and zest for life. She was an excellent cook and gardener. She also had a passion for nature and loved the BC and Yukon Mountains. She could always out fish Fritz. Irma was proud to live the Canadian dream. She will be missed by her husband Fritz; her son Wilfred and wife Heather with son Kolby and his wife Lori of Quesnel; her daughter Doris and husband Wayne with sons Tristan and Richard of Kelowna; her son Richard with wife Kelly and their daughters Kristina, Erica, Emma and Laura of Miocene. Also missing her will be her "telephone buddies" and her many friends.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 19, 2006 at 11:00A.M. at Garden Hill Funeral Chapel, 11765-224th Street Maple Ridge. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of choice in her memory.
