February 12, 1946 - July 22, 2020
With wonderful memories and hearts full of love, our family is saddened to announce Jim lost his battle with bone cancer. Jim spent most of his working career in law enforcement. He enjoyed spending time with friends, golfing, playing poker and participating in the local activities of his Townhouse Complex. Although golf was his first passion, buying cars was a close second. His humour, wit and calming manner will be missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Sandra, 3 sons; Brett (Robin), David and Jeff (Christine). He was predeceased by his adoptive parents Fred and Rubella in the 1990's, half-sister, Barbara in 2016 and his grandson, "Frosty" in November 2019.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Special thanks to all the staff at McKenney Creek Hospice who gave Jim so much comfort.
