James spent many years of his life Farming in Dawson Creek BC and raising his three sons.
He passed away peacefully on Dec 30th, 2017 after celebrating Christmas with his son Tom & family.
James Thomas Laing is predeceased by his youngest son, Gordie Laing. James is survived by his son and namesake Thomas James Laing as well as his eldest son Rick Laing.
James will be remembered fondly by his family, friends and the staff at Hawthorne Senior Care community as he always had a smile on his face and an upbeat positive attitude.
James's family would like to express gratitude to the team of nurses and doctors at Hawthorne for their exemplary care. "See you in heaven Dad"
