ROBERTSON, JANET PATERSON (nee BUCHAN) "JENNY". With deep sadness Jenny's family announce her passing on Tuesday May 18, 2004. Jenny was born in Polmont, Scotland on Feb. 12, 1927, where she met and married her beloved husband of 56 years, Angus. They moved to Burlington, Ontario in 1946 where they made their home for 47 years. In 1993, after her first battle with cancer they moved to Pitt Meadows, BC to be close to their daughter, Catherine. Jenny is survived by Angus & Catherine, by her sister Rena & family in Burlington, and by her brother David & family in Maple Ridge, BC. Jenny will be greatly missed by her nieces & nephews in Ontario and BC and especially by all of their children who were such a joy to her. Jenny loved life and loved to laugh. She enjoyed music, dancing, and travel. Her greatest hobby was shopping for "treasures" for the kids and watching their faces light up. Heartfelt thanks go out to all the doctors, nurses and staff at Crossroads Hospice whose outstanding care and compassion helped Jenny complete her journey.
