Passed away peacefully on February 3rd, 2009 at the age of 83 years, with family at her side. Jean will be lovingly remembered by her children Sandi (Rick), Glen (Maureen), Sheila, Heather (Lloyd) & Pat, sisters-in-law Mona and Ellen, grandchildren Jeff (Julie), Greg, Susan (Rob), and James (Stephanie), great grand- children Aiden, Taylor and Jamie, brother Jack Essler, other family and friends. Jean was predeceased by her husband Ed, parents Sam and Wilhelmina and son-in-law Ted Priestley. Jean was very active in the Girl Guides of Canada for many years. Memorial Service will be held at the MAPLE RIDGE FUNERAL CHAPEL (Osborn’s), 11969 – 216th Street, Maple Ridge on Saturday, February 14th at 2:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jean’s memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
