Jeanette Nona Car (Charley/Moore) peacefully passed away on Feb 11, 2021 at her home, after facing melanoma cancer with grace and dignity.
Jeanette was born in Edmonton, Alberta to Joan and Douglas Moore. She grew up in North Vancouver, where she began a career in bookkeeping. Jeanette loved working with 'her numbers' and excelled as an office manager.
Over the years she lived in Port Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, Sechelt, and Campbell River, making many friends, and nurturing her family and beautiful gardens along the way.
Jeanette leaves behind her husband David and her children Nathan (Theresa) and Sabrina (Blair) and grandchildren. She is remembered fondly by her sisters, Joanne, Carol, Toni, her aunty Charlotte, her cousins and her many nieces and nephews.
Her family is grateful she is now pain free and will miss her giant heart, beautiful smile, long polished nails, and things she loved best; gardening, reading and being there for her loved ones.
