John was born in Grande Prairie, AB on May 21st, 1943 and passed peacefully in Pitt Meadows on April 14th. He spent the last 40 years as a resident of Pitt Meadows where he lived and raised a family. He is survived by his wife, Pam, three sons: Jay, Mark and Paul (Karen), five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
John had a long and varied career as a CMA and could always be counted on for advice at tax time. He volunteered for many years as the treasurer of the Maple Ridge Knights. He enjoyed travel with his family, playing table tennis at Ridge Meadows Seniors Society and hanging out at the Royal Canadian Legion playing cribbage.
A celebration of life will be held on May 5th from 11 am until 2 pm at the Pitt Meadows Seniors Centre.
