June 29, 1962 - August 24, 2020
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Katherine Jane Westman on August 24th, 2020, at the age of 58, after a courageous battle with cancer. Kathy was born in Regina, Saskatchewan on June 29th, 1962. She lived most of her life in Maple Ridge, BC, and her last two years on Vancouver Island. Kathy will forever be remembered by her two daughters, Kaity(Hadley) and Stormy, her six grandchildren Hailey, Jase, Ryeley, Lynley, Rexford, and Paisley, her long-time friend Glen Wallace, her mother Marion, her sisters Kim and Karen and brother Darwin, nieces and nephews, and extended family and friends. She was predeceased by her father Roy Westman.
Kathy was a generous, strong, and amazing woman, who loved her family dearly. As per her wishes, there will be no service. Donations to your local AA fellowship are very welcomed.
