A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday April 7, 2012 at 1:30 pm with Visitation from 12:30 – 1:30 pm both at the Maple Ridge Funeral Chapel (Osborn’s) 11969 – 216th Street, Maple Ridge. A special Thank You to Dr. Lim, Dr. Davis and the nurses at the Ambulatory Care. In lieu of flowers donations to the Children’s Wish Foundation would be appreciated.
